POLISTAS OPENS 2nd LONDON STORE IN 2 MONTHS!

 

Polistas opened a new boutique store in Shepherd Market, Mayfair, on Friday 9th May.

Situated just off Curzon Street and cornered between Piccadilly, Berkeley Square and Hyde Park Corner, Shepherd Market is famous for its friendly neighbourhood atmosphere situated just off Curzon Street and cornered between Piccadilly, Berkley Square and Hyde Park Corner.  The Market square is host to 5 pubs and nearly two dozen restaurants with an eclectic variety including French, Indian, Lebanese, Turkish, Iranian, English, Italian and even a Polish/Mexican...(yes, a half Polish and half Mexican restaurant.)

 

With its traditional yet cosmopolitan ambiance, this gastronomic and imbibing social hub in Mayfair creates the perfect back drop for the latest Polistas location.  The boutique will carry a limited selection of men’s, women’s and kids’ fashion and will focus on the brand’s extensive collection of gifts and accessories.

 

Johnny Lynn, founder of Polistas commented: “I moved to London in 1989 and I can still remember when I discovered Shepherd Market for the first time in the early 90’s. I thought I we knew London but this was a hidden gem I’d missed and it became a favourite hang-out after work. When banking took me to The City I missed the Market but rediscovered it as my favourite summer lunch spot when I moved to Mayfair entertaining hedge funds.  I couldn’t be happier opening a Polistas Boutique here.  It feels like home and I’m looking forward to it becoming a year- round meeting point for polo players and polo enthusiasts.”

 

Recently, in May, Polistas opened its new flagship store in the prestigious luxury Village area of the Westfield Shopping Centre in West London.  The Village plays host to some of the world’s most desirable and exclusive brands such as Louis Vuitton, Jimmy Choo, Prada and, Tiffany’s and DKNY.
